General Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or worn items cannot be returned—this is standard across the hair industry.

  • Closures and frontals are non-returnable if worn or damaged.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.

⚠️ Do not return items that do not meet these requirements—refunds will not be issued.

🛡 60-Day Hair Closure Assurance

We stand by our quality. Our 60-day protection policy covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Excessive shedding

  • Construction issues

Not covered: Improper care, heat damage, chemical treatments, colour changes from any tint or toning shampoos, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

To claim:

  1. Email info@intellimesh.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include photos or videos that show the concern.

  3. Once approved, return the closure (shipping at your cost).

  4. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement of the same style and length.
