Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn items cannot be returned—this is standard across the hair industry.

Closures and frontals are non-returnable if worn or damaged.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
⚠️ Do not return items that do not meet these requirements—refunds will not be issued.

Not covered: Improper care, heat damage, chemical treatments, colour changes from any tint or toning shampoos, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
To claim:

Email info@intellimesh.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

Include photos or videos that show the concern.

Once approved, return the closure (shipping at your cost).

If eligible, we’ll send a replacement of the same style and length.
